Queries and requests for quotations are generally sent by email (query form here).
  2. Calculation

  3. Acceptance of order and specifications
Discussion of project details with the client: We can't anticipate all your requirements, and so it is best to specify them (form for order specification).
  4. Preparation of text
Depending on the file format (images or PDF) the text must first be prepared before it can be translated.
  5. Selection of translators
We appoint a suitable translator based on the language pair and the area of specialization.
  6. Translation
Now begins the actual work of translation by the native-speaker specialist translator.
  7. Proofreading or editing
Proofreading involves checking another person's translation for correctness and accuracy as regards grammar, completeness, content, layout, spelling and punctuation.
  8. Delivery
We will deliver the finished translation in the file format of your choice.
  9. Feedback
As we value a good and long working relationship with our client, we greatly appreciate any feedback you give us.
